The Beauty of Cooking: Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Holy, guacamole! It’s May 5th, and to celebrate with my Mexican friends, I’m taking an avocado and making my own version of 

Bougie Girl’s Guacamole
Avocado
Red Onion
Chopped Cilantro
Red Tomato
Olive Oil
Crushed Red Pepper
Lime
Lemon

Peel the avocado and cut it into small chunks.  Add onion, tomato, cilantro, red pepper, and olive oil.  Squeeze lime and lemon into the mixture.  Sprinkle salt to taste.  














Happy Cinco de Mayo!!
