Summer months call for a summertime snack! I decided to turn the
traditional ice cream sandwich into a fancy treat. It’s fun and easy to make! Checkout the recipe:
Bougie Cream Sandwich
4 Chocolate Chip Cookies
Vanilla Ice cream
Chocolate Syrup
Chopped Pistachio Nuts
Put one scoop of ice cream on top of a cookie. Top with another cookie, making a sandwich. Dip the edges of the sandwich into the
chocolate syrup. Then coat the
edge with the chopped nuts! Store in the freezer until time to serve.
So Bougie, yet yummy!
